Cloudflare đã giới thiệu Issues, một tính năng open beta tích hợp sẵn cho Cloudflare Workers nhằm nhóm các lỗi lặp lại thành một sự cố duy nhất và chuyển toàn bộ ngữ cảnh chẩn đoán cho coding agent đã cấu hình. Theo mô tả, Issues hoạt động ngay trong Workers runtime, không cần cài SDK hay thêm wrapper ứng dụng. Khi bật, hệ thống ghi nhận uncaught exceptions, failed invocations, phản hồi 5xx, cùng các log từ console.log() và console.error() có stack trace. Người dùng cũng có thể bổ sung định danh như user.id, account.id và session.id bằng OpenTelemetry API tích hợp sẵn để xác định lỗi tập trung ở đâu.
Cloudflare cho biết có thể cấu hình Automations để gửi issue sang Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, webhook tùy chỉnh hoặc hệ thống chat/on-call. Trong ví dụ nội bộ, tính năng này đã giúp phát hiện hai lỗi trong Cloudflare Workflows: một vòng lặp retry liên quan đến SQLite foreign key và một luồng xóa có thể vượt Workers subrequest limit. Khuyến nghị kỹ thuật là bật giám sát sớm, gắn ngữ cảnh ứng dụng đầy đủ và kiểm tra kỹ pull request trước khi triển khai.
